You can manually trigger Azure AD Connect to perform a sync cycle. Open a Powershell on the server running Azure AD Connect, then type:

• Perform a delta sync:
  Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Delta
• Perform a full sync:
  Start-ADSyncSyncCycle -PolicyType Initial
